Whenever students wish to share study materials, the main problem is trying to transfer files via IM systems or other services such as rapidshare. Considering how the entire hostel shares a singular IP, these file transfer services will indicate erroneous messages about how you are already downloading a file. This naturally causes frustration and an inability to acquire said study materials.
